OUR PROCEDURE

In the simplest terms we pressure wash surfaces, and then prep and detail all penetrations, flashings, joints, and then apply a bonding agent to the entire roof surfice. Once bonding agent has cured the next day evenly apply a ultra white coating at a wet 24 mils for most applications.

The residential roof seen here was coated by Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. The homeowner could not afford to tear off roof and install new roof. So we installed a commercial silicone product which still looks like the day we installed the system.
