Apartment Condos Contractor

I needed a beam on my back patio replaced. Mike came out, looked at my issue. He figured what was needed. He gave me a price and wanted a certain amount down that I was not comfortable with so we came to agreement. Rich and his crew did outstanding work, this young man is very conscientious about everything he does. Turned out I did not need the beam just the original cedar that was covering the beam was what was rotten. So they replaced all of that with pvc type material that is water proof and termite proof. They also fixed a gutter issue that cause the whole problem. Michael the owner of the company is very easy to work with, I never felt pressure at anytime that they were trying to do things that did not need done. I had a issue on my chimney that I knew about but never told them I did not think this was something for them to take care of. Rich came to me to let me know about the issue and they would take care of it which they did, but it was on the total opposite side of home so I thought that was great that at least he was checking to see if I had any other issues around the house. I had 4 other companies come out with quote and believe me they where from a-z. What made me feel comfortable picking this company was Michael the owner came out to see what was needed. Also you get the phone number for both the owner Micheal and Rich. Each time I called if they did not answer within the hour I received a call back. I would highly recommended them.

I recently had Florida Roofing and Renovations replace my house's flat roof because of a ceiling leak. Tried to have it repaired, and no one was able to stop the water from coming into my home. It was so bad that parts of the ceiling were coming down. I was told to call Michael, the owner of Florida Roofing and Renovations. He came out and determined the cause of the leak: the area where my air conditioner is on the roof. The roof needed to be replaced under the AC. Michael’s crew removed the AC unit, then the rest of the roof, and repaired the wood damaged by the leak. Then they put a whole new roof on my house. Florida Roofing and Renovations not only replaced my roof but also repaired my ceiling. Have not had any issues since. My ceiling even looks like it never leaked. I would highly recommend Florida Roofing and Renovations. I am a single mother and felt completely safe with Michael’s crew who came to my house. Thank you, Florida Roofing and Renovations, for fixing my roof.

My wife and I are totally satisfied with Florida, Roofing and Renovations Inc.’s superb job they did in replacing our roof a few years back! They added a beautiful skylight that has been exceptional in bringing additional light to our living room. We love the selection of shingles which are still like new. We highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs as they are a company you can thoroughly trust to be professional, honest, and deliver you complete satisfaction!

Mike and his company have provided AA++ service for us for the last 40+ years. He and his crew have always given us the best service and gone above and beyond. I will never use anyone else.

Great work, super efficient!

Mike and his employees were fantastic! Everything was done as they said it would be, and done on time. They even fixed problems that the roofers who put the previous roof on had screwed up - like building over our dryer vent. It’s so good to have a beautiful roof and to be able to connect our dryer vent properly. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Rich and his crew did great work at my place. Very professional and thorough

Rich did a great job. He was neat. The work was outstanding. He’s polite.

It was pleasurable and a good experience Mike was very helpful included his crew and I would recommend 100%

We recently had our lanai ceiling repaired including the removal of cracked and spalling concrete. The repairs included the addition of new rebar and a poured concrete and stucco application. Rich and his crew were very professional in performing these repairs. I would highly recommend them for performing any concrete repairs to anyone requiring this type of work.
