OUR PROCEDURE

In the simplest terms we pressure wash surfaces, and then prep and detail all penetrations, flashings, joints, and then apply a bonding agent to the entire roof surfice. Once bonding agent has cured the next day evenly apply a ultra white coating at a wet 24 mils for most applications.
