As the attached photos show, the original back porch was an open screen room. The homeowners wanted to convert the existing back porch into additional living space with plenty of windows to bring in more light for the new enclosed screen room. To make it air-conditioned, we needed to install energy-efficient windows that were also impact glass. A new sliding glass door was installed to connect to the now the new screened-in porch at the back of the now-converted porch.

This allows the owners to enjoy a more spacious living area, along with a screened-in porch for bug-free outdoor relaxation. This project was in North Melbourne, FL, and falls under HOA regulations. We work regularly with HOAs and can assist with submitting the necessary information for additions or porch conversions required by HOA subdivisions.
