Additional Services

Since we are general contractors, Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. can provide additional services. In addition to replacing roofs, we provide exterior services such as siding, soffit and fascia, porches, and additions. Many homes have wood siding called T1-11 on their homes. Would you like to replace the damaged T1-11 or install vinyl siding over the wood? Never paint you’re siding again.

What We Install

We install almost everything on the exterior, such as windows, siding, and soffits, such as stucco or vinyl over old wood siding. Across Brevard County, Florida, homes built in the 80s or 90s have wood siding that requires multiple paintings. Vinyl soffits and siding will last a lifetime, and you never have to climb a ladder again.

If you are tired of painting repeatedly and are considering the benefits of vinyl, please have us come out to provide a proposal that will pay for itself over the years. Check out these types of vinyl applications.
