Does a Handyman Need a License in Brevard County?
According to the Brevard County Code Of Ordinance and State Law. Certain construction work, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roofing, etc., including remodeling, renovations & repairs, must be done by a licensed contractor. This ensures the safety and quality of the work done in your home.
Handyman may ONLY perform unregulated specialty trades.
PLEASE NOTE: there is no such thing as a Handyman License in Brevard County
