Renovation Quality Services is what we do. Since 1980, we have completed a wide range of projects, including building new homes, adding home additions, renovating houses, and re-roofing homes for thousands of satisfied clients throughout Brevard County over the past thirty years.

Our field is rapidly becoming one where fewer people possess the knowledge or experience to provide quality service. The primary reason renovations necessitate experience is the numerous variables involved in remodeling today. The construction industry has been losing capable and qualified individuals for years, and only a few, if any, are entering the remodeling sector to gain experience. Consequently, homeowners are left attempting to renovate their homes with a smaller pool of experienced contractors.

Experience Is Everything

I, Michael Smith, am the owner of Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. My experience in the roofing and construction field allows me to confidently assure homeowners that we can handle any home roofing or remodeling project they may have. I began working for local contractors back in the 1980s. With crews of 30 or more, I regularly poured concrete, framed houses, and installed roofing with soffit and fascia. Additionally, I completed numerous remodel projects for homeowners directly. We utilized materials and installation procedures that the industry believed would withstand the test of time. Some did, but others were short-term, especially in Florida’s extreme weather conditions.

I became a licensed roof and general contractor in 1992. After observing numerous past remodels, which were common at the time, I eventually realized which products were durable and which installation procedures lasted longer. Time reveals whether something is of high quality, encompassing both the materials and construction. I decided I wanted to learn more and expand my knowledge of renovations. As the owner of Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc., I am committed to providing exceptional services. I ensure that the installation procedures meet higher standards while providing high quality at an affordable price.
