Here are remodel photos of projects by Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. We have been renovation and remodel contractors in Brevard County, Florida, for over thirty years. Very few contractors do what we do. Most are in new construction or do not have the experience we have in renovations. The Space Coast is our home; we are not storm chasers or those who move around the state looking for the next opportunity.

Choosing A Contractor

There comes a time when every homeowner considers where to sell or renovate. You may have outgrown your living space and want to add more space as an addition. Or maybe a new master bath and bedroom could be added to your existing home. When looking at new home prices and the increase in taxes vs. staying in your own home, the choice for some is obvious: to remodel their existing home.

It can be challenging or even overwhelming to embark on a major remodel. However, the cost savings and increased living area can make it worth the adventure. One chooses how they view the remodel, adventure vs nightmare. The challenge is finding the right remodeling contractor to perform the desired outcome. A knowledgeable and experienced contractor needs certain qualities, such as being able to perform the work, having good employees, homeowner communication, explaining the process throughout the project, and being reassuring the willing to listen and correct any issues that come up.
