Over the years many of us have learned to just accept mediocre business relationships. Not the case with Michael Smith, owner, Florida Roofing and Renovations. He and his crew get high marks for going above and beyond to do the job right. A big shout-out to Rich, Mark, Angel and Julio. Super team! Our project is a mid-century modern design bungalow. Work content included a complicated structural wall and roof rebuild with architect involvement, replacement of our flat roof including a taper system adding pitch for water drainage, and new fascia and soffit work. We are extremely satisfied with the end product (especially the new roof) and highly recommend Michael Smith and his company. PS. It is our rainy season and we have had numerous downpours. Water runs off our home as though we have a 4/12 pitch. No more ponding!

Highly recommend this company. They were very professional and finished everything quickly. I had two small windows closed and they did the outside and inside. It looks fantastic. It's like the windows were never there. I am very grateful they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Will use this company again. (Also great customer service)

His workers are amazing, especially Rich Who was in charge of everything? Mark his assistant was outstanding also.

The attention to detail at the end of the project was better than I’ve ever seen on any project I’ve ever had on my home.
