Mr Smith gave us a comprehensive contract that included high quality Atlas shingles, a 10 year warranty for workmanship and all the new code requirements. He communicated timely, gave feedback; listen to our needs and produced- quality. An experienced insured/licensed pro, he was easy to work with especially because of his his workmanship, quality and his service promises that were kept! We are so happy with the color and visual texture of the completed product that they installed. Highly recommend this company.

Was able to coordinate roof repair on our FL home from NC and Mike and his crew were flexible and top notch! Scheduled work when we could be there. Crew was respectful and hard working, completed roof replacement and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!!!

There was a hailstorm while they were in the middle of replacing our roof, the roofing team worked extra hard to ensure the roof was protected and that any damage was repaired. When I had questions or concerns Michael answered and addressed my concerns right away. I would recommend them to anyone who expects high quality products and service. Had a friend in need of a roof installation, after talking to Michael the owner who was Extremely knowledgeable and only wanted to use quality products and extremely fast quote at a great price. We decided to go with Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. because of this and referred to them by friends who have used them in the past, we are so so glad we did. As with any job things came up from the property not being kept up, but Michael and his team took care of everything without problem. The owner is honest, reliable, kind and really cares about your property. When the job was complete the property was completely cleaned up like they had never been there, well except the great looking new roof. Michael (Owner) and his team did a great job replacing my mother's roof. Quick to quote, answered all my questions, not a long wait to schedule the work, they were done quickly, and left the worksite clean. They also took care of a couple of things afterwards that had happened during the reroofing without issue. Good, honest businessman - we'd use this company again!
