Condominium Roof Replaced

Florida Roofing and Renovations was chosen to replace the mansard roof on this Condo in Palm Bay, Florida 32907. We installed self-adhered underlayment with a 50-year shingle. Replacing a roof on a three-story condominium requires the proper equipment and skills to ensure safety for employees and residents.

Process of Unstalling the Roof

Scheduling and staging the project is vital. Our experience casued us to use specific lifts to reach over landscaping and the pool area to access the mansard roof. This man lift is safely drivable at full extension with a lift capacity of 500 lbs. Despite the size of this 4-wheel cherry picker, it is designed to reduce tail swing, allowing for increased maneuverability in tight spaces.

Safety

We used caution tape and a spotter person to secure the work areas and direct residents safely to and from their units. Our skills as certified roof contractors and general contractors allow us an advantage in orchestrating unique projects such as replacing a condo’s, apartments, townhouse roofs.
