Autumn House Commercial Roof
Autumn House Commercial Roof was installed by Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. having been chosen to have the best bid and experience. The photos show the roof process of removing old roof and installing new as we went around the building removing the existing shingles and replacing wood. While preparing roof for inspection and installation of shingles. The shingle color was Majestic Shake by Pinnacle®Pristine Shingles by Atlas A 130 mph limited lifetime shingle with Scotchgard™ Protector by 3M. Wood Replaced
Due to neglect by the prior owners the roof had roof wood damage. Included in the photos are pictures of wood replaced correctly along with the sub-fascia. Also some of the aluminum soffit had to be removed to rebuild the roof overhangs. This project used over forty sheets of wood to replace the damaged wood decking. And over three hundred board feet of fascia.
Roof UnderLayment
We always install the manufacture’s roof system using their products to ensure uniformed product look and warranty. The underlayment which is also Atlas WeatherMaster® self-adhesive provides a secondary layer of protection
Air Conditioning Units
The air conditioning unit on top of the roof needed to be replaced as well as the roof under it. We had a crane come in and remove the old unit and installed new ac unit. Photos show us removing roof material and preparing ac area with Flintlastic SA (self-adhered) low slope roof system by Certainteed.
Finished Roof
Roof completed and adds beauty to the facilities. The shingle color matches well with building color and will provide years of worry free enjoyment with an algae warranty which is exclusive to Atlas.
