Exterior House Renovations by Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc. The roof was replaced with 130 mph lifetime shingles by Atlas. They were installed the over a self-adhered underlayment (peel & stick). We included a 10-year contractor installation warranty.

Also we replaced the damaged side garage door with a fiberglass impact door, including composite jambs for no future jamb rot.

In addition to the roof and doors we also provided stucco repairs by removing damaged stucco and replacing rotten wood. We then installed a water barrier, wire lathe, and new stucco. In addition, we prepped all the house exterior walls by pressure cleaning, applying bonding agent, and then excellent paint. Such as Behr Premium Exterior paint. We installed aluminum shutters over windows and sliding glass doors to complete the renovations.
