Exterior House Renovations

Exterior House Renovations by Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc replaced roof with 130 mph lifetime shingles by Atlas over a self-adhered underlayment (peel & stick) with a 10 year contractor installation warranty. We replaced damaged side garage door with a fiberglass impact door with composite jambs for no future jamb rot.

We also provided stucco repairs by removing damaged stucco and replacing any rotten wood, then installed water barrier, wire lathe and new stucco.

In addition we prepped all house exterior walls by pressure cleaning applying bonding agent then applied Behr Premium Exterior paint.

To complete the renovations we installed aluminum shutters over windows and sliding glass doors.
