Condominium Roofs Replaced

These Condominium Roofs, Replaced by Florida Roofing and Renovations Inc., had two shingles layers. The two layers caused a considerable amount of rotten wood decking that needed to be replaced. We replaced these condo roofs and installed a two-layer valley material in the dead valleys that matched the shingles and would last for many years. Wood decking was nailed every 6 inches to code, and then we applied a self-adhered underlayment over the entire roof. The Lifetime 130mph shingle was called Desert Tan by Owens Corning.

We protect the property, tenants, or customers during roof or renovation projects by roping off work areas with caution tape and cones. If needed, we provide a daily spotter to watch for any dangers to others during the project. OSHA required ropes and harnesses to be used while on the roof. We cover plants, shrubs, ac units, and anything that’s of concern to building owners. We leave the building better than we found it.
